Risotto with artichokes and prosciutto
The surprise factor in this recipe is – beer! If you happen to have original Belgian beer Saison Dupont, prepare it with risotto and add natural spicy flavours, citrus zest and vanilla.

- 
											Slightly fry chopped onion on heated olive oil and butter in a wide pan. Add rice, sauté briefly, add beer and stir until it is absorbed by the rice. 
- 
											Add Vegeta, simmer and occasionally stirring and adding water. 
- 
											When rice is half-cooked add rinsed artichokes and continue cooking. 
- 
											When rice is cooked stir in lemon juice, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, prosciutto cut into strips and chopped thyme. 
Advice
The original dish is prepared with famous Saison Dupont beer (beer with lime and orange zest and vanilla flavour). This dish can also be prepared with domestic light beer which can be additionally aromatized with the above mentioned add-ons.
Serving
