In the full season of zucchini, the sea and the sun, prepare a meal on a grid-iron, and together with the tuna fish and sliced mozzarella with olive oil, it will make a good choice for the lunch

Preparation

  1. Cut the zucchini, peppers and eggplant into long slices, sprinkle with Vegeta No MSG and with oil. Broil the prepared vegetables in a barbecue pan.
  2. Place the warm vegetables on a plate and distribute on top the chunks of EVA Tuna fillets in vegetable oil and sliced mozzarella and dress it with the remaining olive oil.

Advice

You can mix the olive oil with chopped garlic prior the salad dressing.

Serving

Serve the salad warm or cold sprinkled with chopped Sage Basil.
