Golden chicken

Chicken with Mediterranean herbs in white wine and olive oil dressing is going to be everything you expect out of a traditional coastal cuisine.

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle the chicken with a spoon of Vegeta Natur, place it in the pan and pour it with the mixture of olive oil, wine and diced garlic.
  2. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, and turn over the chicken after 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the mushrooms in half and place them with cherry tomatoes around the chicken, add salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for another 20 minutes or until vegetables are soften and chicken is golden. Put it aside for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the cooking cream in the pan with chicken, stir it gently and put it back in the oven for a few more minutes.
  6. Sprinkle it with chopped chives and serve with roasted bread croutons.

Advice

Instead of wine, you can use 1-2 spoons of lemon juice to pour over the chicken.
