Bruschetta with porcini mushrooms and cheese

Porcini mushrooms aroma, smell of garlic and roasted bread – it is obvious why these bruschettas are so popular among gourmands. Serve them with a glass of white wine and your party cannot be anything else but perfect!

Preparation

  1. Clean and wash porcini mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

  2. Saute chopped onion with a teaspoon of butter, add porcini mushrooms and sauté until they soften and liquids evaporate. Add Vegeta, pepper and crushed garlic.

  3. Spread the remained butter on bread slices, place thin rings of tomatoes on top, place sauted mushrooms and chopped parsley over the rings and sprinkle grated Emmental cheese over it all.

  4. Place thus prepared bruschettas in a baking pan and bake in oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

Advice

Bruschettas can be prepared with various kinds of mushrooms.

Serve immediately after preparation.
