Take the tuna fish fillets out of the can, tear them into smaller pieces and put them in a bowl, and preserve the oil of the tuna on the side. Put the preserved oil in a deep pan and heat it over a medium heat. Add the chopped onion, the pepper cut into small cubes and simmer until becoming tender. Add garlic, cut anchovies and Vegeta Natur. Let it simmer mixing it for 1 minute. Add the chopped tomato, oregano and bring it to boil all together. Then lower the heat and let it simmer gently for 15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Add salt and pepper. Mix in the tuna fish and olives. Cook pasta in salted water, then add it to the prepared sauce. Mix and cook shortly.
