Stir-fry turkey and vegetables

Then add bite-sized cubes of zucchini, broccoli florets, stir and cover the pan so that the broccoli is steamed. Cook about 3 minutes until broccoli is softened.

Add soy sauce, vegetable paste, crushed garlic, and stir until well combined.

Add turkey, peppers cut into cubes, and sliced carrots, and fry about 7 minutes, until turkey is golden and vegetables are still crispy. Break up turkey as you stir to ensure it is evenly cooked.

Heat oil in a large pan or wok, and add finely chopped onion. Fry over high heat about 4 minutes, until onion is softened.
Advice
If you prefer that the broccoli is tender, you can briefly boil it before adding to the wok.
