Preparation

  1. Add pepper, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme to the minced meat, salt and add Vegeta Umami liquid seasoning. Mix everything well and shape the loaf with oiled hands.

  2. Place it on baking paper and twist the ends (like candy). Place in a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes in an oven heated to 200 °C, then another 30 minutes at 180 °C.

  3. Remove the loaf from the paper, coat with oil and bake for another 10 minutes until it gets a nice color. Cool the baked meatloaf a little, then cut it into steaks.

  4. You can add Vegeta Umami liquid seasoning to the steaks before serving, they will be very tasty.

Advice

You can also serve the meatloaf cold.

Serving

 Serve with a side dish of your choice, with fries or stewed or roasted vegetables.
