Yogurt marinated chicken skewers

These aromatic and unbelievably juicy chicken skewers are marinated in yogurt, and they are a must to try! Do not forget to grease the grill well and turn them regularly to ensure they cook evenly.

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken into larger pieces suitable for skewers. Add to marinade and stir. Cover and leave in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight. Heat grill to medium high.

  2. Grease the grill well, since the chicken will stick due to the yogurt marinade. Prepare skewers with chicken pieces.

  3. Grill skewers, turning occasionally so that they cook evenly and completely.

  4. In a large bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients: yogurt, garlic, red pepper, cumin, onion, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, Vegeta Fine blend, and pepper.

Advice

If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in cold water for at least 1 hour before, to prevent them from burning.
