Cut the zucchini, peppers and eggplant into long slices, sprinkle with Vegeta herbs of Mediterranean mix and with oil. Broil the prepared vegetables in a barbecue pan. Place the warm vegetables on a plate and distribute on top the chunks of EVA Tuna fillets in vegetable oil and sliced mozzarella and dress it with the remaining olive oil.
