Great tip: Choose the ingredients you already have and find out which ones you're missing. Let that help you decide what to cook.
Preparation
Pour over the Vegeta Piquint grill marinade and leave for 30 minutes. Cut one red onion and one red pepper and sauté for a couple of minutes in a hot skillet. Add the dried red beans and sweet corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grate the cheese before you start cooking the meat. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the hot grill and cook for a couple of minutes on each side. Just before the chicken is done, put tortillas on the grill to heat them through. Warm and softened tortillas are easier to stuff. Cut chicken into strips and combine with fried vegetables. Spoon stuffing and add some grated cheese before wrapping up the tortilla. Return the wrapped tortillas on the grill and cook for a couple of minutes.
