Preparation

  1. Lightly salt the chicken and put it in a bowl. Add freshly ground black pepper, rosemary, honey, paprika and oil. Mix everything well and leave in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Grill the meat on all sides.

  3. When it’s ready, put it in a container and drizzle Vegeta Umami liquid seasoning.

Advice

You can also roast the chicken on a rack in an oven heated to 200 °C. Under the grill, place a container into which the juices and roasting sauce will drain.

Serving

Let it stand for a while and serve with baked potatoes and salad.
