Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and put it on the heated oil in the pan.

  2. Fry it on high heat while stirring until it turns golden brown. Add sliced mushrooms and fry everything together for another 5 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle the ingredients with coarsely ground black pepper, add crushed garlic, thyme, dessert wine and lightly salt.

Advice

Serve the dish with a side dish of your choice or just with a salad.
