Lemon garlic shrimp

A one pan lunch recommendation is this fantastic lemon garlic shrimp. All you need to do is add all the ingredients to a hot pan in the right order, and serve with linguine or other long pasta.

Preparation

  1. Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, white wine, and parsley.

  2. Sauté, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink.

  3. In a large pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and the olive oil. Add in shrimp, thinly sliced lemon slices, garlic paste, and chilli (if using), and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Advice

For a little more sauce, add in 200 ml chopped tomatoes, or add in some of the pasta water.
