Oven Roasted Potatoes

Golden and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, these oven-roasted potatoes are simply tossed with Vegeta and olive oil, then roasted to perfection for an easy, flavorful side dish.

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan).

  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into small evenly sized chunks/wedges (no need to peel if you like the skin).

  3. Place the potatoes in a large bowl, add the oil and Vegeta, and toss well to coat.

  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray.

  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside and soft inside. 

Advice

If you want your potatoes to be juicier, mix in sliced onions.

Serving

Serve oven-baked potatoes with various roasts and fish.
