Preparation

  1. Clean and slice squash, leeks and celery and add to boiling water. Add Vegeta Natur beef bouillon cube and cook about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and place in a blender, add celery leaves, and blend for several minutes.

Advice

You can replace leeks with onions.

Serving

Drizzle prepared soup with a few drops of pumpkinseed oil and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve immediately.
