Steak on couscous

Place the couscous in a bowl, pour 250 ml of salted boiling water over it. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Add olive oil and loosen the couscous with a fork.

For the sauce, mix the Vegeta Umami liquid seasoning with olive oil, dessert wine, thyme and coarsely ground black pepper.

Lightly salt the steaks, then fry them briefly in a Teflon pan and take them out.
Advice
Do not beat the meat to get a steak, but cut it thinly. That way it will be juicier after roasting.
Serving
Place the cooked couscous on the serving plate, the sliced steak on it, pour over the prepared sauce and serve.
