Preparation

  1. Separate the florets from the broccoli, clean the stem from the thickened parts and cut into slices.

  2. Place the diced chicken on the heated oil. Fry for a short time, pour about 1 l of water, salt and pepper. When it boils, add the peas and the broccoli stalks.

  3. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Then add broccoli florets and boil briefly.

  4. When the soup is ready, add the Vegeta Umami liquid seasoning to round out the flavor of the dish.

  5. Toast the sesame seeds and chop them.

Advice

Instead of parsley, you can sprinkle the soup with fresh dill.

Serving

Before serving, sprinkle the warm soup with toasted sesame and chopped parsley.
