Make this fantastic Korean BBQ meatball dish with just five ingredients: ground beef, crackers, onion, garlic and seasonings. Suitable for freezing.

Preparation

  1. Shape 12 meatballs from the prepared mixture, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  2. Bake about 15 minutes, or until golden.

  3. Heat oven to 220°C.

  4. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, crackers, chopped green onions, finely chopped garlic, and Vegeta.

Advice

Any leftover meatballs can be frozen, just thaw, heat in oven at 180°C and serve.

Serving

Serve Korean BBQ meatballs hot with cooked Asian noodles or basmati rice seasoned with soy sauce.
