Potato Pancakes a la Young Housewife

Preparation
Peel the potatoes, grate finely and drain. Add flour, milk and salami cut into thin strips. Stir in scrambled eggs, some salt, pepper, chopped parsley, pressed garlic and Vegeta. Add mineral water in the end. Add some oil into the pan and spread the prepared mixture evenly in the shape of a pancake. Bake the pancakes on both sides until they get golden yellow colour.
