Stoga sva sjeckanja, rezanja i mariniranja <strong>odradite prije<\/strong> nego \u0161to gosti do\u0111u. Ako namirnice ne pripremite prije ro\u0161tilja, izgubit \u0107ete dosta vremena i vjerojatno ne\u0107ete sti\u0107i ba\u0161 ni u\u017eivati. To se radi ponajvi\u0161e iz sanitarnih razloga i kako se ne bi <strong>prenijeli okusi<\/strong> jednog jela na drugo. Posebno je korisno i ako me\u0111u gostima imate vegetarijance pa ne \u017eelite prenositi okuse mesa na ostale namirnice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad ste re\u0161etku i\u0161\u010detkali, prema\u017eite je s kri\u0161kom slanine ili malo ulja kako biste izbjegli lijepljenje mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zapalite vatru kao profesionalac<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a gre\u0161ka prilikom ro\u0161tiljanja je <strong>slaba ili nedovoljno jaka vatra<\/strong>. Naime, \u017ear za ro\u0161tilj mora biti jak, ali i ujedna\u010den! Ro\u0161tilj mo\u017eete pripremati s drvenim ugljenom, briketima, a ako koristite drva, preporu\u010dujemo bukvu, grab ili stablo masline.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za potpalu koristite sitno nasje\u010deno drvo, primjerice malo suhih drvenih trijeski ili par suhih gran\u010dica. <strong>Izbjegavajte papir za potpaljivanje<\/strong> jer \u0107e vjetar odnijeti pepeo na meso. Osu\u0161ena vinova loza i mo\u017eda koji dobro osu\u0161eni \u010de\u0161er (bitno je da je otvoren i suh) dat \u0107e specifi\u010dan i ugodan miris. Za dobru potpalu poslu\u017eit \u0107e i ka\u0161ete od vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ugljen postavite u sredinu ro\u0161tilja u obliku piramide, na to polo\u017eite sitne materijale, potpalite i nakon 20 do 30 minuta ra\u0161irite ugljen po cijelom ro\u0161tilju. Nikad <strong>ne stavljajte drva ispod ugljena<\/strong> jer drvo u tom slu\u010daju ne\u0107e izgorjeti do kraja i kasnije \u0107e se pojavljivati vatra. Re\u0161etku od ro\u0161tilja uvijek dr\u017eite na 15 cm od \u017eara.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A kako znati da ste postigli <strong>idealnu temperaturu ro\u0161tilja<\/strong>? Kad mo\u017eete dr\u017eati dlan neposredno iznad re\u0161etke do 3 sekunde!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klju\u010d dobrih okusa&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to god pekli na ro\u0161tilju<strong>, za\u010dini i marinade<\/strong> su glavna osnova. Primjerice, jeste li znali da za omek\u0161avanje ili neutraliziranje okusa namirnicu mo\u017eete namo\u010diti u kiselo mlijeko ili jogurt? Mariniranjem smo sigurni da \u0107e meso, riba i povr\u0107e ostati vla\u017eni i mekani tijekom pe\u010denja.
