Preparation

  1. In a pot, with 500ml of boiling water, add one vegetable stock pot. stir until dissolved, cook on low heat for 3 min.
  2. Add the polenta and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring.
  3. Add your Pepper, butter, Oregano and parmesan and mix all ingredients well.
  4. Pour polenta batter in a oven proof baking tray lined with baking paper. smooth the top until evened. leave aside to cool and set.
  5. Preheat oven to 220°C fan forced. once your polenta is set, cut into 1cm sticks, Brush well with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve with aioli and enjoy!
