Preparation

  1. Cook your rice according to packet instructions.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a large saucepan or wok. Sauté carrots and onions until onions are translucent.
  3. Add garlic, cook until fragrant, then mix in rice, peas, and 1 teaspoon of Vegeta Gourmet. Stir for 1 minute.
  4. Push rice to the side, add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil, then add beatened egg mixture. Season with a pinch of Vegeta Gourmet, stir for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Combine eggs with rice mixture, add soy sauce.
  6. Stir for 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are mixed well. Serve and enjoy!
