Preparation

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water, cool, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Cut hard-boiled eggs into slices and cut the dried meat into wide strips or slices.
  3. Oil a deep refractory dish, cover with potato slices, then add an egg layer, a layer of dried meat and finally a layer of potatoes.
  4. At the end, pour a mixture of sour cream, cooking cream, whipped egg, Vegeta, chives and pepper.
  5. Bake for about 35 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 °C.
