Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a 23 x 23 cm baking dish (or smaller size).
  2. Boil your water and add in your pasta, cook until al dente.
  3. Melt butter in a large pan. Add your garlic and fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in flour and fry briefly until golden brown.
  4. Mix together in a separate bowl water, milk, cooking cream and Vegeta Gourmet, and gently pour into the pan, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Add in your oregano, thyme and white pepper to taste. stir in your grated Parmesan and 200g mozzarella and stir until cheese is melted.
  5. In your prepared greased dish, add your cooked pasta and chicken. transfer your cheese, cream and Vegeta sauce to the greased dish with the pasta and mix / toss well. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove from oven, sprinkle your parsley, serve and enjoy!
